Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Refund Process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with your order details and product images so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the wrong or damaged item was sent by Hashim Mart.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
